Are delivery and returns free?
FREE SHIPPING AND RETURN IN UNITED KINGDOM ON ORDERS OVER £90
For orders below £90, a shipping fee of £5 will be applied.

What are the delivery times?

Please note that delivery times and return delays can be extended up to 72 working hours during sales or inventories periods.

 

Once payment has been confirmed, your order is prepared by our warehouse within an average of 24 to 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

It is then handed over to the carrier, who takes care of delivery according to the times mentioned below (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

These times are given for information only. We cannot be held responsible for longer delivery times caused by the carrier.

Pre-ordered and/or limited edition items may have delayed delivery times. If this is the case, delivery times are mentioned in the product description of the item concerned.

Are customs duties and taxes included?

WARNING: On the "United Kingdom" shop, the only delivery destination available is the UK.

If you want to change your destination shipping, please refer to our Website link list.

 

However, administrative fees charged by the carrier may also be added. These costs and related formalities are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. In the event that the recipient refuses delivery of the package, VEJA reserves the right to invoice the amount of these costs initially due by the customer up to £25. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the order.

 
 
How can I track the status of my order?

You can track the progress of your order via the "Orders" section of your customer account.

 

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation is sent by e-mail.

 

You'll find the tracking number for your package, an estimated delivery date and a link to follow the progress of your order.

 

Tracking can be activated up to 24 hours after the package has actually been dispatched, depending on the carrier. If the tracking link does not provide any information, please wait until the estimated delivery date before contacting us.

 


 

 
How do I cancel or modify my order?

Modification of your order is not available.

 

Once your payment has been accepted, you have four hours to cancel your order by clicking on "Cancel my order" in your customer account and selecting the order you wish to cancel. After four hours, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. We invite you to request a return from your customer account.


 

 
I've received the wrong item or an item is missing, what should I do?

If you have received the wrong product or your order is incomplete, please contact Customer Service via this link: Contact Us.

 

Please attach to your message your order number, photos of your parcel and photos of the items received.

 

 
Why is my parcel in "return to sender" status?

A package may have been returned to our warehouse ("return to sender") for several reasons:

• The carrier did not have enough information to deliver your package
• The delivery address was incorrect
• The recipient does not live at the address indicated
• Refusal to pay taxes and customs duties
• Technical errors preventing delivery of your parcel

Once the parcel has been received in our warehouse, we will reimburse you within 5 to 10 working days.

 

Orders to countries outside the European Union: if the recipient refuses delivery of the package, VEJA reserves the right to charge the amount of these costs initially due by the customer up to £25. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the order.

 

Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or military bases.
