Once your payment is confirmed, we process and deliver your order to the carrier within an average of 24 to 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Once your order is given to the carrier, you must add the delivery time. This time depends on the chosen transport solution and your delivery address. You will be able to follow at any time the evolution of your parcel thanks to the tracking number communicated after the expedition of your order.
