What is the return policy?

Extended return period for Christmas

All orders placed between 12/11/2024 and 12/25/2024 can be returned within 60 days from the purchase date.

 

For all orders placed, you have 28 days after delivery to make your return. 

 

Only items in new conditions, in their original box (undamaged box), accompanied by the "Return Request" that you can download via your personal account, will be accepted.

 

Free returns in France for orders over 65€ and in Europe for orders over 80€ (eligible countries)

 

To make your return, we invite you to follow the instructions or make your return to the following address:

We make total refunds of the product(s) returned by the selected refund option when making your return request: credit note or refund depending on the original payment method. 


Without precision or if the item returned was originally cancelled by a credit note, you'll be automatically credited (valid for 1 year from the date of issue). Credit notes created as a commercial gesture are not refundable.


You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your refund has been issued. In case of a credit note, the amount of the item will be available on your customer account used at the time of the order.

 

Orders made online on our website www.veja-store.com can't be returned on store. We beg you to make your return request by following the online procedure.

Can I exchange my product for a different size?

We do not offer exchanges on our website. 

 

If you need a different size or another style, we invite you to return your items or ordering again on our e-shop.

 

You can make your return directly by going to your personal account, following only the online procedure.

 

 
How do I return a European order?

Free returns in France for orders over 65€ and in Europe for orders over 80€ (eligible countries)

 

You can return your item directly from your VEJA personal space by following the steps below:

 

1. Log in to your account at www.veja-store.com and go to "Orders"
2. Select the order containing the product you want to return and click on "Create a return"
3. Fill in the mandatory information: items to be returned, quantity, refund mode (credit note or refund), shipping method (Mondial Relay* or Colissimo**)
4.  Validate your return request
5. Print and insert your return form completed available in PDF format in your personal space
6. Print and paste your prepaid label on your parcel (eligibility conditions)

 

Only items in new conditions, in their original box (undamaged box), accompanied by the "Return Request form" that you can download via your personal account, will be accepted.


Returns in store: Orders made via our website www.veja-store.com cannot be returned in store. Please make your return request by following only the online procedure.

 

*Mondial Relay is available in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Austria, Portugal. Drop-off your return package in a pick-up point. Click on this link to find your nearest pick-up point. *

 

**In case of return with Colissimo, get your proof of deposit stamped and keep it. Then please drop off your return at a postal center.

 

 
How do I return an international order?

OUTSIDE FRANCE AND EUROPE


Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, they are offered in France for orders over 65€ and in Europe for orders over 80€ (eligible countries)

 

You can return your item directly from your VEJA personal space by following the steps below:

 

1. Log in to your account at www.veja-store.com and go to "Orders"
2. Select the order containing the product you want to return and click on "Create a return"
3. Fill in the mandatory information: items to be returned, quantity, refund mode (credit note or refund), shipping method
4.  Validate your return request
5. Print and insert your return form completed available in PDF format in your personal space
6. Remove the document "Customs Declaration / CN23" present in the transparent white envelope stuck on the package of your parcel
7. Delete the phrase "Sale of goods"
8. Check the "Return Merchandise" box
9. Put the document back in the transparent pouch
10. Your return must be returned as "Standard" delivery by your local Post Office. Your parcel number must begin with the letter "C"

 

VEJA reserves the right not to accept an international return if it does not comply with the above steps.

How can I find the prepaid shipping label?

*Free returns in France for orders over 65€ and in Europe for orders over 80€ (eligible countries)

You can download and print your return form and prepaid label* available in PDF format via your customer account consulting your returns archive.

 

Insert your return form inside your package and paste your prepaid label on your parcel.

 

Drop-off your parcel in the postal center/pick-up point that you selected when creating your return request.

 

  

 
When and how will I get my refund?

In order to receive a refund or a credit, the returned product(s) must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging (box, accessories). Any product that has been worn, damaged, is not in its original box or whose packaging is damaged will not be eligible for a refund or credit.



From the moment we receive your return in our warehouse, the average processing time is 5 working days (Monday to Friday).

 

The confirmation of your refund or the edition of your credit will be notified to you by email.

 

A credit note is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Credit notes created as a commercial gesture are not refundable.
