What are the delivery times?

Please note that delivery times and return delays can be extended up to 72 working hours during sales or inventories periods.

-Pre ordered and/or limited edition items usually have delayed delivery times. These items are delivered within the time frame indicated in the product description.

-Taxes and customs duties in the state of destination are at the expense of the customer/ consignee.

The latter may vary depending on the delivery locations. You will be able to follow the progress of your parcel at any time thanks to the tracking number communicated after the dispatch of your order.

 

 
Are customs duties and taxes included?

For orders within the U.S., taxes could be applied. They are calculated based on the purchase value and on the items ordered. They are added to your order total in the shopping cart and are nonrefundable.

 

This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:

- The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S.

- Duties charged for processing by your country.

 

 
How can I track the status of my order?

You can track the progress of your order via the « Orders » section of your customer account.

 

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation is sent by e-mail.

 

You'll find the tracking number for your package, an estimated delivery date and a link to follow the progress of your order.

 

Tracking can be activated up to 24 hours after the package has actually been dispatched, depending on the carrier. If the tracking link does not provide any information, please wait until the estimated delivery date before contacting us.

 

 
 
How do I cancel or modify my order?

Modification of your order is not available.

 

Once your payment has been accepted, you have four hours to cancel your order by clicking on "Cancel my order" in your customer account and selecting the order you wish to cancel. After four hours, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. We invite you to request a return from your customer account.

 

 
I've received the wrong item or an item is missing, what should I do?

If you have received the wrong product or your order is incomplete, please contact Customer Service via this link: Contact Us

 

Please attach to your message your order number, photos of your parcel and photos of the items received.

 
 
Why is my parcel in "return to sender" status?

A package may have been returned to our warehouse ("return to sender") for several reasons:

• The carrier did not have enough information to deliver your package
• The delivery address was incorrect
• The recipient does not live at the address indicated
• Refusal to pay taxes and customs duties
• Technical errors preventing delivery of your parcel

Once the parcel has been received in our warehouse, we will reimburse you within 5 to 10 working days.

Orders to countries outside the European Union: if the recipient refuses delivery of the package, VEJA reserves the right to charge the amount of these costs initially due by the customer up to €25. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the order.

 
Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or military bases.
