Shipping is available to over 100 countries.

2. Are shipping and returns free?
Shipping outside the European Union is free for orders over €155*.

*Charges vary according to country of shipping: 155 EUR / 165 USD / 1,200 CNY / 25,000 JPY / 220 SGD / 3,300 MXN / 255 AUD / 230 CAD / 9,500 PHP.
3. What are the shipping options, times and costs?
Your order is prepared and dispatched according to the shipping methods detailed below:
SHIPPING OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Except Europe, USA, Brazil)

Notes :
- All lead times are given in working days, Monday to Friday.
- UPS Express shipping is not available for orders to Turkey.
- Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the country of destination. Administrative charges invoiced by the carrier may also be added. These costs and associated formalities are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Please note that shipping and returns processing times may be extended by up to 72 working hours during sales, public holidays and inventory periods. Once payment has been confirmed, your order is prepared by our warehouse within an average of 24 to 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). It is then handed over to the carrier, who takes care of shipping according to the times mentioned above (excluding Sundays and public holidays). These times are given as an indication only. We decline all responsibility for any extension of shipping times due to the carrier.
- Pre-ordered and/or limited edition items may have delayed shipping times. If this is the case, it will be mentioned in the product description.
4. Are customs duties and taxes included?
Orders to countries outside the European Union :
- If you have indicated your shipping address, prices are shown exclusive of tax (HT) and customs charges may be invoiced upon receipt of the parcel.
- If you have not entered your shipping address, the amount to be paid will be displayed at the time of payment. Taxes and customs duties are not included in the price of the products, and customs duties may be charged upon receipt of the package.
Administrative charges invoiced by the carrier may also be added. These costs and related formalities are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the carrier upon shipping. In the event that the recipient refuses shipping of the package, VEJA reserves the right to charge the amount of these costs, up to €25*. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the order.

Orders to France and European Union countries :
Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes and no additional charges will be payable on receipt of the parcel.
5. How can I track the status of my order?
You can track the progress of your order via the "Orders" section of your customer account.
Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
You'll find your tracking number, an estimated shipping date and a link to track your package.
Tracking activation may take up to 24 hours after the actual shipment of the package and depends on the carrier. If the tracking link does not provide any information, please wait until the estimated shipping date before contacting us.
6. How do I cancel or change my order?
Once your payment has been accepted, you have four hours to cancel your order by clicking on "Cancel my order" in your customer account, selecting the order concerned. After four hours, it will no longer be possible to cancel your order. We invite you to request a return via your customer account.
Modification of your order is not available.
7. I have received the wrong item or an item is missing, what should I do?
If you have received an incorrect product or your order is incomplete, please contact our Customer Service Department.
8. Why is my parcel "return to sender"?
A package may be returned to our warehouse ("return to sender") for several reasons :
- The carrier was unable to deliver your package due to insufficient information.
- The shipping address is incorrect.
- The recipient does not live at the address indicated.
- Refusal to pay taxes and customs duties.
- Technical errors preventing parcel shipping.
Once the parcel has been received in our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 working days.
Orders to countries outside the European Union :
In the event that the recipient refuses shipping of the package, VEJA reserves the right to charge the amount of these costs, up to €25*. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the order.
