Delivery is available to over 100 countries.

Free delivery and return within the European Union for orders over 99€.

3. What are the delivery options, times and costs?
Your order is prepared and dispatched according to the delivery methods detailed below:
- UPS Standard
3 to 9 working days

- UPS Express
2 to 5 working days

Delivery times :
- For delivery to Mondial Relay Points: between 2 and 5 days from dispatch, Monday to Friday.
- For delivery via UPS Standard: between 2 and 7 days from dispatch, Monday to Saturday.
- For delivery via UPS Express: between 24 and 72 hours from dispatch, Monday to Saturday.
Please note that delivery and returns processing times may be extended by 72 working hours during sales, public holidays or inventory periods.
Once payment has been confirmed, your order is prepared by our warehouse within an average of 24 to 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
It is then handed over to the carrier, who takes care of its delivery within the times specified below (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
These delivery times are given for information only. We accept no liability for longer delivery times due to the carrier.
Pre-ordered and/or limited edition items may have delayed delivery times. If this is the case, delivery times are mentioned in the product description of the item concerned.
4. Are customs duties and taxes included?
Orders to France and European Union countries
Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes and no additional charges will be payable upon receipt of the package.
Orders to countries outside the European Union
- You have entered your delivery address: prices are shown exclusive of tax (HT) and customs charges may be invoiced to you on receipt of the parcel.
- You have not entered your delivery address : the amount to be paid will be displayed at the time of payment. Taxes and customs duties are not included in the price of products. Customs charges may be invoiced upon receipt of the parcel.
Administrative charges invoiced by the carrier may also be added. These costs and related formalities are to be borne by the recipient and are to be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. In the event that the recipient refuses delivery of the package, VEJA reserves the right to charge the amount of these costs initially due by the customer up to €25. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the order.
5. How can I track the status of my order?
You can track the progress of your order via the "Orders" section of your customer account.
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation is sent by e-mail.
You'll find the tracking number for your package, an estimated delivery date and a link to follow its progress.
Tracking can be activated up to 24 hours after the package has actually been dispatched, depending on the carrier. If the tracking link does not provide any information, please wait until the estimated delivery date before contacting us.
6. How do I cancel or change my order?
Once your payment has been accepted, you have four hours to cancel your order by clicking on "Cancel my order" in your customer account and selecting the order you wish to cancel. After four hours, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. We invite you to request a return from your customer account.
Modification of your order is not available.
7. I have received the wrong item or an item is missing, what should I do?
If you have received the wrong product or your order is incomplete, please contact Customer Service.
8. Why is my parcel "return to sender"?
A package may have been returned to our warehouse ("return to sender") for several reasons :
- The carrier did not have enough information to deliver your package
- Delivery address contains an error
- The recipient does not live at the address indicated
- Refusal to pay taxes and customs duties
- Technical errors preventing delivery of your parcel
Once the parcel has been received in our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 working days.
